During that time, she gained invaluable experience managing complex projects—such as the Space Station—that demanded precision, coordination, and a commitment to successful outcomes. That same dedication now drives her work in real estate, where she helps both sellers and buyers achieve their goals with extraordinary service and exceptional results.

After relocating to Naples,Florida, Vicki entered the field of real estate sales. Three years after earning her Broker’s license, she became the Broker of Forrest Company Realty, a boutique real estate firm. While she valued the leadership role, she missed the personal connection of directly helping people buy and sell their homes. This led her back into general real estate, where she found the greatest fulfillment. She has been honored to work with John R. Wood Properties—long considered one of Naples’ premier real estate firms since 1958. Through the firm’s partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate, Vicki can provide clients with the highest level of expertise, service, and global reach.

Beyond real estate, Vicki has always valued community and service. She co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Wishing Well Foundation from 1994–2013, an organization dedicated to granting wishes and providing ongoing support to children in Lee and Collier Counties with life-threatening illnesses. She considers this mission one of her most rewarding endeavors.

Her commitment to excellence has also been shaped by her involvement in Tony Robbins’ Platinum Partnership, where she spent four years learning from some of the world’s most respected leaders in customer service, business mastery, negotiation, and finance. Mentors such as Keith Cunningham, Harry Dent, T. Boone Pickens, and AJ Gupta have influenced her approach to creating not just satisfied clients, but true “raving fans.”

At the heart of Vicki’s work is a simple philosophy: clear, honest, and consistent communication. Her responsibility is to understand her clients’ goals, minimize stress, and guide them through the buying or selling process with confidence and peace of mind. Her purpose is to bring value, professionalism, and a sense of trust to every client relationship.

Outside of work, Vicki enjoys flying, scuba diving, hiking, traveling to unique and exotic destinations, and giving back through charitable efforts. These passions not only enrich her life but also keep her grounded in the values of service, gratitude, and adventure.
